1. Admission shall be made strictly within the sanctioned strength.
2. The rules of admission issued by the University should be strictly
followed in making admission
3. Copies of the first and second lists are to be sent to the
Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University, on the same day of
publishing them. The select list of candidates shall be
published in the College Notice Board and in the website
of the Colleges on the date of publication of the list.
4. A copy of the final list of candidates admitted should be sent to
the Registrar, as soon as interview is over and
acknowledgement thereof obtained (SC/ST/OBC/OEC/Male/
Female/PH/Sports should be specified clearly).
5. The General returns and the Statements I,II should also be
furnished in the forms prescribed by the University.
6. Duly filled up General Registration Form shall also be
submitted to the University (CBCSS Section).
7. Rules regarding reservation of seats for SC/ST and other eligible
categories should be followed strictly.
8. The candidates qualified in the examination held during April
2010 or earlier are eligible for admission.
9. No admission shall be made over and above the sanctioned
strength in anticipation of seat increase or adjustment at the
end of the year.
